Prestige Wealth launches Tether Gold Treasury and will be renamed Aurelion Inc

Prestige Wealth Inc. (NASDAQ: AURE) today announced that it has entered into and completed a series of coordinated transactions to launch Nasdaq's first Tether Gold (XAU) treasury. These transactions include approximately $100 million in PIPE financing ("PIPE") from cornerstone investor Antalpha Platform Holding Company (NASDAQ: ANTA) ("Antalpha") and other accredited investors, including Tether Investments, SA de CV ("Tether") and Kiara Capital Holding Limited ("Kiara Capital"), which are funded by Antalpha management; and a three-year senior debt financing of up to $50 million ("Financing"). The company plans to use the majority of the net proceeds to acquire Tether Gold (hereinafter referred to as "XAU") as a company treasury reserve asset. The company (NASDAQ: AURE) is expected to change its name to" Aurelion Inc. ", subject to approval, and will begin trading under the new ticker symbol (NASDAQ: AURE) on Monday, October 13, 2025.
