Zilliqa: Investigating issues such as the slowdown in mainnet block generation

Zilliqa said in a post on the X platform that around 03:12 PM UTC, a slowdown in the generation of mainnet blocks was detected. In order to study more deeply, Zilliq transaction processing stopped at 04:00 PM UTC, allowing the network to clear transactions in the memory pool and self-recover. After 30 minutes, normal operation resumed. The Zilliqa team said that it will continue to investigate to determine the root cause, and further updates will be provided later.
