The Ethereum Fusaka upgrade has gone live on the Sepolia testnet

Following a successful trial on the Holesky testnet two weeks ago, Ethereum developers launched the second test of the Fusaka upgrade on the Sepolia testnet early on Tuesday. A final preview on the Hoodi testnet is scheduled for October 28, marking the final step before deployment, before the developers set a mainnet activation date. Fusaka introduced PeerDAS, a data validation method that allows validators to process only part of the data, reducing bandwidth requirements and reducing costs for institutional users and Layer2 networks.
