Optimism: L3 built with the OP Stack can now join the Hyperchain

Optimism tweeted that L3s built with OP Stack can now join Hyperchain. According to officials, joining Hyperchain provides access to an extensive network of Hyperchain builders and is eligible for Retro funding, airdrops, and growth activities. In addition, to support L3 builders, OP Stack will introduce two key features: custom Gas tokens and Plasma Mode.
