U.S. stocks expanded their gains, with the Nasdaq Composite up 2.01 percent, the Dow up 1.08 percent and the S & P 500 up 1.50 percent. Nvidia rose 3.7 percent, Broadcom nearly 10 percent, TSMC 6.6 percent and Oracle 5.5 percent.
