The project has clarified that user interests will be given priority, and trading of new GAIN tokens will start on the Binance Alpha 2.0 platform at 18:00 (UTC + 8) on October 13, 2025. GAIN trading on the Binance Alpha 2.0 platform has been suspended at 23:00 (UTC) on October 1, 2025. We calculate user balances at this snapshot time.
In order to protect user rights and ensure that eligible users (based on snapshot time) can fully cover the 1:1 token swap, Binance Alpha will use the equity fund to bear 50% of the tokens required for the contract swap, and the remaining 50% will be borne by the project party. The project party has committed to implement the repurchase plan, and the project party will make a separate announcement.
