On October 11, according to the announcement of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Hong Kong-listed company Yi Gravel Holdings announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Yi Gravel Ink Co., Ltd. and Goldpay Limited have signed a cooperation agreement on October 10, 2025, and will issue a practical blockchain voucher (code 76 or V76) on Ethereum, with a maximum supply of 1 billion pieces. After issuance, it will be listed on the cryptocurrency exchange and traded with mainstream stablecoins 24 hours a day.
Previously, Yili Holdings announced in July this year to issue nearly 20 million Hong Kong dollar convertible bonds for Web3 development.
