On October 11, a number of trust industry sources revealed that they have recently received a notice to investigate whether an internal system has been developed in accordance with the "Notice on Regulating the Bond Trading Business of Bond Market Participants", and whether the amount of reverse repurchase exceeds the limit. A person from the trust industry's standard product business department revealed that he recently received a regulatory notice requiring investigation and feedback on two situations. First, whether the company has developed an internal system in accordance with the Notice and set up corresponding indicators in the system for monitoring; second, whether the company has exceeded the limit (reverse repurchase amount exceeds 90% and 100% of the previous day's net assets, positive repurchase amount exceeds 70% and 100% of the previous day's net assets) since 2024.
