Hemi, a bitcoin extension protocol, announced a strategic investment from American Ventures and a partnership with Dominari Securities, a New York-based FINRA registered brokerage, to jointly develop a digital asset treasury (DAT) and exchange-traded fund (ETF) platform. The partnership will provide regulated access to the bitcoin market and programmable financial solutions for corporations, institutions, and sovereign entities.
