On October 10, according to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, from October 13, 2025 (including the same day, the same below) to December 31, 2025 (subject to the invoicing date stated in the "Unified Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales"), in accordance with the "Individual Consumer Registration, Notarized Lottery, and Winning Qualification" method, automobile scrap renewal and replacement renewal subsidy activities will be carried out. Individual consumers who have qualified for the notarized lottery may submit applications for scrap renewal or replacement renewal subsidies according to regulations. Individual consumers who have not qualified for the notarized lottery will not be accepted for their subsidy applications.
