On October 10, local time, on the afternoon of October 9, Li Qiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, met with Kim Jong-un, General Secretary and State Councilor of the Workers' Party of Korea, at the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea in Pyongyang.
