US-listed company Rezolve Ai acquires Subsquid and will purchase SQD tokens

On October 9th, Nasdaq-listed company Rezolve Ai announced the acquisition of Subsquid. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed yet. The company will also purchase SQD tokens and change its name in due course after obtaining regulatory and exchange approval. SQD tokens will be acquired into the Rezolve Ai treasury every year.
