On October 9, the latest VAT invoice data from the State Administration of Taxation revealed that during the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, the average daily sales revenue of consumer-related industries across the country increased by 4.5% year-on-year. Among them, consumption of goods and services increased by 3.9% and 7.6% year-on-year respectively. Consumption of digital products and automobiles grew rapidly. Demand for tourism, culture, art and sports services was strong, and consumption of food and health products grew steadily.
