Musk's X Company and former Twitter executives settle $128 million severance lawsuit

Elon Musk and Company X have reached settlements with four former Twitter executives, including former CEO Parag Agrawal. They previously sued for unpaid $128 million in severance packages promised after Musk bought the social media company and fired them. The terms of the settlement, which was made public as early as last week in a filing in San Francisco federal court, have not been disclosed. A federal judge has postponed the filing deadline and hearing of the case on October 1 to allow the parties to complete the settlement.
