On October 8, Flora Growth Corp. (stock code: FLGC), a Nasdaq-listed company, is about to change its name to ZeroStack, becoming the first listed company in the world to provide decentralized intelligence by holding 0G (the native cryptocurrency of the decentralized AI infrastructure project 0G).
The company today announced the purchase of 772,200 0Gs at an average price of $2.59 each. The acquisition is the company's first 0G acquisition since it recently completed a $401 million financing and strategically transformed into the world's first publicly traded 0G treasury.
As of October 6, 2025, Flora Growth's total 0G holdings were 122,538,335.
