Ethereum digital asset treasury company Bit Digital announced on Wednesday that it has increased its holdings of 31,057 ETH, bringing its total digital asset treasury to 150,244 ETH at a valuation of about $675 million.
The company said the Ethereum acquisition was funded by net proceeds from a recently completed $150 million convertible bond issue. Last month it proposed to issue convertible bonds to increase its ETH holdings. Kraken Financial, Jump Trading Credit and Jane Street Capital participated in the bond offering, Bit Digital disclosed on Wednesday.
