Bitcoin-listed miner IREN plans to raise $875 million by issuing convertible senior notes

Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner IREN announced that it will issue convertible senior notes due 2031 to institutional buyers, which is expected to raise a total of $875 million, in addition to granting initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $125 million in principal within 13 days from the date of the initial issue of the notes.
