On October 8th, BaseVol, the base ecological options trading platform, announced the completion of the $3 million seed round financing, led by Neoclassic Capital, Virtuals Ventures, Baboon VC and Woori Technology Investment participated.
BaseVol is a Base blockchain-based options trading platform that offers a wide range of trades, from simple 0DTE (zero-day expiration) trades to complex structured vault strategies. BaseVol plans to launch Onchain Vault in October, which will be managed by AI agents - a new model it has developed with Virtuals Protocol. These agents will automate vault management, linking human trading strategies and on-chain autonomous execution.
