Rezolve said the move would strengthen its digital asset payment program in partnership with stablecoin USDT issuer Tether. The acquisition supports Rezolve's plans to build a blockchain-based payment network that allows consumers to make payments using digital assets while maintaining instant fiat currency transactions for merchants.
