A giant whale holds 15,000 ETH again to Bitfinex, still holding 70,000 ETH

According to on-chain data analyst Ember monitoring, the giant whale/institution that hoarded 123,000 ETH through Bitfinex 6 years ago transferred 15,000 ETH (about $70.15 million) to Bitfinex again 10 minutes ago. He transferred 30,000 ETH (about $138 million) to Bitfinex in the last 24 hours and now holds 70,000 ETH (about $330 million).
