Geoffrey Kendrick, head of digital asset research at Standard Chartered, on October 2 reiterated his goal of a $200,000 price for bitcoin by the end of the year. Kendrick said new ETF inflows and the U.S. government shutdown could push cryptocurrency prices further in the coming weeks.
In a note to clients, Kendrick said bitcoin is on track to break through all-time highs within days and could reach $135,000 in the coming weeks, slightly later than he had previously predicted.
