Iliya Kalchev, an analyst at digital asset platform Nexo, said that rising expectations of another U.S. interest rate cut have triggered a shift in market sentiment, attracting a new round of demand from investors for bitcoin ETFs. At the current rate of operation, the inflow of funds in the fourth quarter could lead to the withdrawal of more than 100,000 BTC from circulation.
However, bitcoin's momentum will depend on several key events next week, including an upcoming speech by Federal Reserve Chairperson Jerome Powell and the release of FOMC meeting notes. Investors are also anticipating the delayed U.S. jobs report, but the release date depends on the duration of the current U.S. government shutdown, which is the first time this has happened since 2018.
Opinion: Another interest rate cut is expected to drive demand for bitcoin ETF, Q4 ETF or buy more than 100,000 bitcoins
