OpenAI acquires AI financial app Roi

According to TechCrunch, OpenAI has acquired AI-powered personal finance app Roi. Only CEO and co-founder Sujith Vishwajith joined OpenAI, and the remaining three employees did not transfer with him. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and Roi will shut down the service on October 15.
