Star talks about the blueprint for the construction of X Layer: it is advanced in three stages, and 100 million US dollars "OKX Vision Fund" is ready to support high-quality projects

On October 2, OKX founder and CEO Star Xu delivered the opening speech at the X Layer offline event "Building X Layer - Creation Night with DeFi Giants" theme event. Star expressed his gratitude to the community and guests for their enthusiastic support, which also made the team feel the great responsibility on their shoulders. As an open company, OKX regards building an open blockchain network as one of its highest strategic priorities and plans to make X Layer an important infrastructure for OKX Wallet and Exchange.
Star introduced that the construction of the X Layer will be divided into three phases: The first phase focuses on connecting stablecoin project parties to the X Layer, such as Tether and USDG. In the near future, users can hold stablecoins in OKX Wallet and enjoy 4% -5% annualized income (APY). In the second phase, work with top project parties in the industry, including Aave, Uniswap, Balancer, Chainlink, etc., to make these head protocols part of the X Layer infrastructure. In the third phase, excellent projects will be rewarded through a series of incentive activities. Star said that OKX has prepared a "OKX Vision Fund" of $100 million and will support the most successful projects through multiple rounds of activities, never letting the community down. In addition, OKX plans to build an on-chain derivatives market and an on-chain payment market on the X Layer, which will continue to bear fruit in the coming months. The X Layer team will focus on Product Research & Development, technical optimization and community communication to promote the steady development of the entire ecosystem.
