U.S. stocks closed Wednesday with the Dow initially up 0.09 percent, the S & P 500 up 0.34 percent and the Nasdaq up 0.42 percent. Intel (INTC. O) rose 7.12 percent, Tesla (TSLA. O), ASML (ASML. O) and TSMC (TSM. N) rose about 3.5 percent. The Nasdaq China Gold Dragon closed up 1.44 percent, Baidu (BIDU. O) rose 4.3 percent and Alibaba (BABA. N) rose 2.25 percent.
