The daily trading volume of Ethereum NFT on OpenSea fell to a two-year low, down more than 99% from its peak.

On May 8th, former Proof researcher punk9059 said on the X platform that OpenSea is currently trading around 600 ETH per day on the Ethereum NFT market, which is the lowest level since before the start of the NFT bull market in May 2021. This figure is 99.1% lower than the peak in May 2022, when OpenSea reached 66,000 ETH per day.
