Ripple CTO David Schwartz announced that he will be leaving at the end of the year. According to his LinkedIn information, he has worked at Ripple for more than 13 years, including seven years as the chief technology officer and more as the chief cryptographer.
Mr. Schwartz, who was instrumental in writing the Ripple-related blockchain XRP ledger, said in a Tuesday X post: "I'm really looking forward to spending more time with my kids and grandkids and reclaiming hobbies I've put on hold, but please note I'm not leaving the XRP community."
