美国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布，为降低合并审计追踪系统（CAT）的费用，批准向CAT参与机构提供有条件豁免。措施包括减少数据处理和存储要求，预计2025年开支将在1.96亿美元的基础上再下降2000万至2700万美元。SEC主席Paul S. Atkins称，此举是CAT改革和成本控制的开端。
