Stripe Launches Stablecoin Issuance Platform Open Issuance

Stripe has announced the launch of Open Issuance, a stablecoin offering platform that allows businesses to create custom stablecoins and AI commerce tools that incorporate digital dollars and artificial intelligence into online transactions. Crypto wallet provider Phantom's CASH tokens will be the first to be issued through the platform, as will decentralized exchange Hyperliquid's USDH and MetaMask's recently launched stablecoin mUSD, with more projects in the pipeline.
