Small claims (< $50,000): The unpaid portion is 120.5%. This means that small claims users may receive a larger proportion of the original claim amount (which may include interest, additional compensation, or overpayments).
US Claims: US users receive a 40% allocation.
Total: All things considered, the overall distribution is approximately 95%.
FTX will allocate $1.60 billion today and US users will receive 40%.
