After the 60,000 bitcoin case protagonist Qian Zhimin's case was reversed and unexpectedly appeared in court to plead guilty, Caixin wrote an analysis that Qian Zhimin's confession did not directly determine the whereabouts of about 61,000 bitcoins involved in the case, and the civil recovery procedure will continue in the UK High Court. Since the High Court trial is still in progress, she will not apply to start the confiscation procedure. According to the process, the High Court will give priority to removing the part that can be proved to belong to the victim and return it; the remaining unclaimed assets will not be included in the national treasury under the court's ruling; and finally enter the stage of whether they will be shared with China.
