On September 30, it was reported that the Legion pre-sale part of the Yield Basis (YB), a project offered for sale by Kraken and Legion, opened yesterday evening and will continue until 10 pm today. The pre-sale application results will be announced at 9 pm on October 1. After that, Kraken and Legion will start a first-come, first-served public sale round simultaneously at 10 pm on October 1 until the quota is exhausted.
According to data published by Kraken, the total supply of YB tokens is 1 billion, the public sale allocates 2.5% (25,000,000 YB), the public sale fully diluted valuation (FDV) is $200 million, and the unit price of each token is fixed at $0.2.
Yield Basis (YB) is the first phase of Kraken Launch, a bitcoin revenue protocol launched by Curve founder Michael Egorov. The token offering was launched by Kraken in partnership with on-chain project finance platform Legion.
