Crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett clarified in a post on the X platform that it is not a bad thing for the SEC to require LTC, XRP, SOL, ADA and DOGE ETF issuers to withdraw their 19 b-4 applications. Two weeks ago, the SEC approved the Common Listing Standard, eliminating the need for exchanges to submit Form 19 b-4 to list a single token ETF, thus simplifying and speeding up the listing process. This move shows that the new process is working as expected. As long as the token meets the existing standards, only the S-1 file needs to be submitted to the SEC to approve a cryptocurrency ETF at any time.
