Babylon community issues new proposal to "reduce inflation and introduce co-pledge"

On September 29th, the Babylon community recently released a new proposal to "reduce inflation and introduce co-pledge", including reducing the inflation rate by about 30%, from 8% per year to 5.5% per year. In addition, the proposal proposes to introduce the BTC-BABY co-pledge function to encourage BTC pledgers to participate in the pledge of BABY.
