dYdX: Circle temporarily stops casting USDC on Noble via CCTP

As part of the CCTP maintenance upgrade on Noble, Circle has temporarily stopped minting USDC on Noble via CCTP, dYdX said on the X platform. CCTP-supported deposits/withdrawals (i.e. transactions between USDC and Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism) are currently unavailable.
