Jiangsu car replacement update subsidy policy will be suspended from tomorrow

On September 28, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce adjusted the car trade-in policy: (1) The car replacement and renewal subsidy policy will be suspended at 24:00 on September 28, 2025. (2) Consumers who have obtained the "Unified Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales" for new cars between January 1 (including the same day) and September 28, 2025 and meet the application conditions for the car replacement and renewal subsidy policy (subject to the issuance time of the invoice) must submit complete declaration materials through the "Jiangsu Consumer Goods Trade-in Platform" WeChat Mini Program or the "Su Service Office" APP car replacement and renewal application before 24:00 on October 20, 2025. No new subsidy applications will be accepted after the deadline. ( 3) Consumers who have submitted their applications on time should pay attention to the review progress through the car replacement update platform in a timely manner. Those who need to modify and correct the application materials must complete the submission before 24:00 on October 31, 2025. Those who fail to complete the modification or correction of the application materials as required within the time limit shall be deemed to have abandoned the application.
