In a recent interview with The Master Investor podcast, Cathie Wood, founder and CEO of Ark Invest, said that she disagrees with Tom Lee, preferring Bitcoin over Ethereum because Bitcoin will continue to grow in size. It is a rules-based global currency system, a Layer 1 that has never been hacked, and the first platform to pioneer a whole new asset class. In contrast, Ethereum powers DeFi but faces increasing competition from Layer 2. However, Cathie Wood also said that she will pay more attention to Ethereum and buy Bitmine shares.
