On September 28th, India's Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) rejected the listing application of IT training company Jetking Infotrain because the company plans to invest about 60% of the proceeds raised in virtual digital assets as a fund management strategy, mainly investing in BTC. The company said it is evaluating the situation and considering appealing to the Securities Appeal Tribunal.
