德国复兴信贷银行将发行基于区块链的数字债券

德国复兴信贷银行正准备根据德国电子证券法（eWpG）以加密证券的形式发行首个基于区块链的数字债券。这项基于区块链的交易将由 DZ 银行、德意志银行、LBBW 和 Bankhaus Metzler 组成的账簿管理人财团进行，Union Investments 被列为主要投资者。其他投资者将在未来几周内加入，交易计划于2024年夏季完成。德国复兴信贷银行已经以中央登记证券的形式发行了第一笔数字债券。
