Sunil, the representative of FTX creditors, said in a statement that BitGo has started sending emails to creditors who have selected it as a distribution formula to confirm that the funds have been deposited into FTX creditor accounts and will be unlocked at 8 PM EST on September 30, 2025.
Previously, FTX announced that it will make a third round of payments of approximately $1.60 billion on September 30, 2025 to both convenience and non-convenience approved creditors who have completed pre-distribution requirements. Eligible creditors are expected to receive funds through their distribution service provider of choice within one to three business days from September 30, 2025.
