Bloomberg wrote that with the support of Wall Street, Bitcoin was supposed to enter a new era of embedding Bitcoin into corporate balance sheets through treasury strategies, embracing Bitcoin and promising its stability and growth, but now the strategy is facing a crisis and exposing vulnerabilities similar to the early market cycle. Data show that institutional bitcoin purchases using treasury strategies have shown a clear downward trend in the last three months, from 64,000 BTC in July to 12,600 BTC in August, and 15,500 BTC so far in September, a decrease of up to 76%. The lower price of BTC and ETH has also triggered a market sell-off, which may affect the stock prices of related companies.
