Encourage qualified regions to explore the issuance of "data vouchers" and "algorithm vouchers" to reduce the cost of number management. Encourage state-owned enterprises, leading enterprises in the industry, platform enterprises, etc. to build the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and platform ecosystem DataRocks, develop and provide inclusive data products and technical tools, and focus on supporting enterprises and industries that provide inclusive and convenient data services to meet the development needs of digital innovation enterprises.
