9月26日消息，据 Decrypt 报道，韩国演员黄正音因挪用经纪公司 300 万美元资金投资加密货币，法院依据《特定经济犯罪加重处罚法》判处缓刑，意味着四年内若无再犯则无需入狱服刑。此前，检察官曾于今年 8 月量刑其有期徒刑三年，但后续考量其全额归还赃款且属初犯并已完全赔偿，从而作出缓刑判决。
