Bloomberg analyst: BlackRock Bitcoin Premium Income ETF is a spot product, an extension of IBIT

Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas pointed out in a post on the X platform that BlackRock's application for the Bitcoin Premium Income ETF iShares Bitcoin Premium ETF is a spot product under the 1933 Act. It adopts a covered bullish bitcoin strategy and aims to bring certain returns to bitcoin investment. It is also an extension of IBIT, another bitcoin exchange fund. (Note: Mainstream ETF products in the US market need to comply with the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act.)
