On September 26th, Nasdaq-listed company AlphaTON Capital (ticker: ATON) today announced the completion of a total of $71 million financing, including a $36.20 million private placement and a $35 million loan agreement. The company has spent the first $30 million to acquire TON tokens, making it one of the largest TON holders in the world.
The company plans to expand its TON holdings to $100 million by the fourth quarter of 2025, and will participate in the construction of the Telegram ecosystem through network verification and pledge. AlphaTON Capital has established strategic partnerships with BitGo, Animoca Brands, Kraken and other industry leaders.
