Nasdaq-listed Ethereum treasury company SharpLink Gaming has announced that it will tokenize the company's common shares registered with the Securities Exchange Commission directly on the Ethereum blockchain, with financial technology company Superstate acting as its digital transfer agent, enabling its equity to be tokenized natively on the chain through its Opening Bell platform, and expanding Superstate's multi-chain capital markets infrastructure.
