On September 25th, digital asset broker GCEX Group announced the acquisition of crypto broker GlobalBlock, which focuses on high net worth clients, with a transaction size of more than 60 million US dollars.
This move expands GCEX's business from over the counter to wealth management, covering high net worth individuals and institutional clients. After the acquisition, GCEX can use multiple licenses in the UK, Denmark and Dubai to accelerate the onboarding process of GlobalBlock clients.
