According to the official announcement, Binance Alpha will be launched first: Bitlight Labs (LIGHT) - GOAT Network (GOATED) on September 27 - Eligible users can use Binance Alpha Points to receive airdrops through the Alpha event page after trading opens. More details will be announced soon.
