Stellar: Verifiers plan to vote on June 18 whether to upgrade the network to Protocol21

Soroban, a smart contract platform on Stellar, was launched on the mainnet after successful validator voting on February 20, 2024. Nearly three months later, another protocol vote is coming, and on June 18, Stellar public network validators will vote on whether to upgrade the network to Protocol21. If passed, five new Core Advancement Proposals (CAPs) will be activated on the Stellar mainnet.
