On September 24th, decentralized finance (DeFi) platform Swarm announced that it will list nine tokenized stocks, including Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), and MicroStrategy (MSTR), when the Plasma mainnet launches this Thursday.
These tokenized shares will support trading with stablecoins, providing users with a 24/7 on-chain trading channel. According to Swarm's statement, these tokenized shares are issued under the European Union Prospectus Regulation, giving holders legal rights to the underlying securities.
